Caretakers

Ram Das Ji is our property’s Caretaker along with his wife Radha Devi Ji.

Ram hails from Aligarh and has worked for over 17 years in the hospitality industry. He has worked in Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Aligarh, New Delhi, and Naukuchiatal (Nainital). He has worked in social clubs, restaurants, and most recently in the Camphor Tree, Naukuchiatal property as the Caretaker. He has experience in handling high-value guests and a great insight into the Nainital area based on his last 2 years here. Ram can guide guests on the best itinerary to meet their holiday needs and connect them to service providers e.g., paragliding, for this purpose.

 

Radha has been Ram’s wife for over 17 years. She cooks delicious food – both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Her ability to cook spans the range of Indian food including Kumaoni, Mughlai, Punjabi, South Indian, Indo-Chinese, and Continental. Radha is shy by nature, an introvert and speaks in Hindi.
