The properties owner is our Chef and he has his own Cookbook. Please download the menu of our restaurant which is only open to our guests.

BREAKFAST
Our complimentary breakfast (2persons per room) is as follows:
​
1.Veg stuffed Paranthas or Poha or Upma or Aloo Puri or Puri Bhaji
OR
2.Eggs, bread, butter, jam, ketchup
OR
3. Veg or Tomato-Cheese grilled/toasted sandwiches, ketchup

PLUS
1. Juice or Chai/coffee or milk with cornflakes
​
Extra servings or other menu items are at a charge.

LUNCH & DINNER

These have to be paid for separately.

The property comes with a Caretaker couple who manage the cooking and cleaning.

The Caretakers decide the menu for the day in consultation with the guests on the property.

The food cooked is usually no more than 3 main/side dishes for any meal.

Our speciality is vegetarian/vegan/Jain and we also offer fantastic non-veg food.

Food offered is Indian (includes Kumaoni food), Chinese, & Continental (incl. Greek).

The Greek Plate™ is our Greek menu.

Other options include a bonfire Kebab meal.

Our food is served in our Moroccan crockery and Gold plated cutlery.

In non-veg we only cook chicken, fish, and eggs as these are available fresh.
- We use Fortune’s rice bran or mustard oil and any available good quality Ghee.
- We use cashew paste and soy for our vegan food so allergies must be highlighted.

If the Full Property is booked the guest may bring along their own cook, who can stay in one of the three rooms. Otherwise, the kitchen and utility room are normally off bound for guests.

In case the guest brings their own cook (Full Property booking), the Caretaker couple support the guest’s cook by doing the shopping and helping during mealtimes.
